10-year Strategic Plan Economic Development Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a 10-year strategic plan for economic development services. The vendor must analyze demographic, economic, housing, and labor force data, review relevant community master planning documents, and update SWOT analysis findings. The vendor will prepare a customized strategic plan that sets 10-year goals, identifies economic opportunities, and addresses economic development challenges. The final report must include strategic goals, proposed activities, projects, and programs, along with data that helps stakeholders agree on a common direction. Only onshore USA entities are eligible to bid, and the performance of work will be onsite.
