Community Development Block Grant Public Services

The City of DeSoto is seeking a consultant or consultant firm to provide program administration, project creation, and project management services for its Community Development Block Grant public services program. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. A pre-submittal conference is scheduled for October 26, 2026. Interested applicants must submit all written inquiries to Connor Mitchell at [email protected] by 5:00 PM CST on November 2, 2026. Final proposals must be delivered or mailed to the City of DeSoto Purchasing Division by 4:00 PM CST on November 12, 2026. Submissions must include one original physical submission and one USB flash drive contained in a sealed package. Awards will be made to the responsible proposer whose proposal offers the best evaluated offer based on the criteria set forth in the RFP. Selected applicants must submit proof of required insurance coverage at least ten days prior to performance.
