Event Planner Services

St. John’s Community Health requires a qualified vendor to plan, coordinate, and execute a luxury event offsite. The requested scope includes client consultation, concept development, venue selection, event design and styling, catering coordination, staffing, vendor management, budget tracking, guest management, timeline logistics, and on-site execution. Only onshore United States organizations with the necessary experience and skills to meet the solicitation requirements are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit all questions in writing to Trishawn Ellis by e-mail or mail no later than December 1, 2026. Applicants may submit proposals digitally via email or online, and must include a signed Execution of Offer agreeing to all RFP terms and safety certifications.
