Digital Overhead Radiography System

The City of Norfolk, on behalf of the Virginia Zoo, is soliciting quotes for the purchase, delivery, installation, and warranty support of a Veterinary Overhead Tube Crane Digital X-ray System. The scope requires a complete system equipped with an overhead tube crane, x-ray generator and tube, digital radiographic detector, elevating floating-top radiographic table, wall stand, and an acquisition workstation with software. Eligibility is limited to onshore U.S. organizations. Qualified bidders must submit responses digitally via email or online by November 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026. Application submissions must include the executed Offer to Contract form and a completed Debarment Certification. The contract term spans three years, and selected vendors must maintain required commercial general, worker's compensation, automobile, and professional liability insurance coverages.
