The government authority in Syracuse, NY requires a USA-based vendor to provide onsite occupational medical services to its police department. The vendor must perform services—including return-to-work evaluations and reviews of outside medical records—at its own facility Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with designated after-hours coverage preferred. Eligible USA organizations must schedule appointments within 24 hours of notice and cannot use telehealth.
