Aging-Related Services

The CSRA Regional Commission seeks proposals for non-nutrition Area Agency on Aging programs in the Central Savannah River Area. The scope of work includes providing adult day care and day health, emergency response systems, health promotion, home and community-based services case management, homemaker services, kinship care, elderly legal assistance, material aid, personal care, caregivers tools, respite care, and senior center activities. Eligible USA organizations must perform work offsite for the state-designated Area Agency on Aging located in Augusta, Georgia. Applicants must submit proposals using the online application portal by December 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Interested bidders must attend a mandatory Zoom bidder's conference on October 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Written questions must be submitted to [email protected] by November 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Evaluators will assess proposals based on cost, ability to perform, unit cost methodology analysis, past experience, organizational capacity, financial capacity, and response quality.
