Janitorial Services

The Washtenaw County Road Commission requires a vendor to provide onsite janitorial services five days per week, Monday through Friday, between 5:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. The selected contractor must supply all cleaning products, safety data sheets, power equipment, and hand equipment needed to perform the work across specified facilities in Michigan. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and contractors cannot subcontract or assign the required services. Proposals are due by November 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET and must be submitted online through the Bidnet Direct Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network website. Bidders must attend mandatory pre-bid walkthroughs on October 28, 2026, and submit a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the bid price with their proposal. WCRC evaluates proposals based on the lowest responsible monthly cost per building or combination of buildings alongside a high degree of evaluation regarding work quality. The contract period spans two years.
