Redevelopment Counsel Service

The Harrison Redevelopment Agency seeks legal vendors to perform offsite redevelopment counsel services during the 2027 calendar year. The selected vendor will render professional legal services to the Agency to support the implementation of the Town of Harrison's redevelopment plan. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. Applicants must submit sealed proposals on their official letterhead with one original copy and one electronic copy on a flash drive to the Harrison Town Clerk by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Required submissions include a certification of proposal accuracy, proof of professional malpractice or errors and omissions insurance, a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, a Certification of Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities in Russia or Belarus, and a Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran Form. Services will be compensated on an hourly rate basis. Evaluation criteria include experience, staff adequacy, relevant knowledge, meeting availability, compensation proposal, and other best-interest factors.
