Workers Compensation and Employer\'s Liability Insurance Services

The Boston Housing Authority seeks proposals from interested parties to provide workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance under Massachusetts laws for all of its employees. The required performance of work will occur offsite, and the coverage term spans from November 1, 2026, to November 1, 2027. Only USA onshore organizations operating as independent insurance brokers or agents are eligible to submit proposals. The buyer will not accept proposals directly from insurance companies providing coverage on a direct writer basis unless submitted through an independent broker or agent. Applicants must submit proposals to the Boston Housing Authority Procurement Office at 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, Massachusetts.
