Sources Sought for Armed Security Services at Davis Dam and Parker Dam

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation's Lower Colorado Dams Office is conducting market research to identify qualified business concerns capable of providing armed security services at Davis Dam and Parker Dam. Assigned personnel will serve as a visible deterrent to unlawful activities, coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response agencies, and interact professionally with the public across performance areas in Arizona, Nevada, and California. Qualified small and large businesses may respond to this sources sought notice. Interested contractors must hold active private security company licenses in Arizona, Nevada, and California, and ensure personnel hold valid state registrations and firearms permits. Capable vendors must email a capability statement detailing company information, point of contact details, and state licensing documentation to Contract Specialist Kristen Turner at [email protected] no later than November 5, 2026. Prospective contractors must also be registered in the System for Award Management.
