County Architect Services

The County of Ocean seeks qualifications from New Jersey licensed architects to provide general architectural services in Toms River, NJ for the 2027 calendar year. The selected vendor must deliver or secure sub-consultants for full-service architectural design, engineering specialties, project cost estimating, site design, judicial building security, IT/telecommunications, and other technical assessments. Vendors cannot subcontract, assign, or delegate architectural services, and they must give the County right of first refusal before retaining specialty consultants. The contract term is one year. Eligible applicants are USA-based, New Jersey licensed architects with at least five years of experience performing full architectural services for New Jersey public entities. Applicants must submit one electronic proposal digitally via email or online; hard copy submissions will be rejected. Proposals must include fully completed firm fee schedules, and the Director of Management & Budget will designate a committee to review and rank all responses. Prior to contract award, the selected contractor and listed subcontractors must provide proof of business registration.
