Early Childhood Education, Planning and Construction Service

The Ascension Parish Government seeks professional architectural services from design firms licensed and authorized to do business in Louisiana for the New Early Childhood Development Center. The selected firm will provide preliminary design, construction-ready plans, and associated services such as geo-technical analysis, surveying, environmental services, permitting, and construction bid packaging in compliance with applicable grant criteria. Applicants must be USA-based firms authorized and in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State to perform work onsite in Ascension, LA. Interested parties must email questions to [email protected] by November 12, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CT, and deliver six hard copies of their qualifications to the Ascension Parish Purchasing Department by November 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CT, with optional electronic submissions allowed via Central Auction House.
