Curriculum Service

The St. Tammany Parish School Board seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive curriculum for LEAP Connect students in grades 3 through 12 located in Covington, Louisiana. The requested scope requires a program aligned to the science of reading that accommodates complex learning and communication needs, addresses academic, employment, and living skills, and includes provider-led professional development training for educators. Eligible applicants are USA onshore organizations, including businesses or non-profit entities capable of meeting the district's strict student data privacy and security requirements. Vendors must submit proposals in a sealed envelope, adhering to the requested formatting and major headings, alongside all mandatory signed and notarized forms, certifications, affidavits, and cost quotations. Submissions are due by 3:00 PM on Friday, November 20, 2026, and any questions regarding the request must be submitted via email to Kerri Soo by 4:00 PM on Friday, November 13, 2026. A selection committee will evaluate and score proposals across all required areas. The resulting contract term will span three years, running from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2030, with an option to extend pricing for one additional year by mutual agreement.
