Cloud-Based Public Safety Communication and Operational Workflow Management Software Platform

The County of Westchester Bureau of Purchase and Supplies is requesting bids for a 12-month subscription to a cloud-based public safety communication, collaboration, and operational workflow management software platform. The software must provide secure communications, task coordination, interagency collaboration, and workflow management under a single authentication and centralized administration system aligned with CJIS Security Policy. The subscription must include unlimited internal and external user accounts, a minimum of 10 terabytes of cloud storage, live U.S.-based technical support, initial provisioning and training, and integration capabilities via APIs and webhooks. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid. Responses must be physically sealed and returned by mail or delivered in person before 2:00 PM on November 5, 2026; emailed and faxed bids are strictly prohibited. Delivery time may be considered during the award determination, and the County reserves the right to require a software demonstration to verify compliance with specifications.
