Workforce and Staffing Assessment Services

The Town of Firestone, Colorado, is soliciting technical and fee proposals for RFP #A2026-9937 to secure workforce and staffing assessment services for the Firestone Police Department. The selected consultant must evaluate current and future staffing levels, organizational structure, supervisory span of control, workload distribution, and personnel allocations across sworn and civilian functions. The Town evaluates submissions based on relevant firm experience, project understanding and methodology, team qualifications, schedule feasibility, references, and overall cost value. Proposals must outline firm qualifications, three to five comparable project references, key personnel resumes, a task-level project schedule, and exceptions. The fee proposal must offer detailed cost breakdowns to allow comparison, and selected contractors must maintain required worker's compensation, general liability, and professional liability insurance.
