Web-Based Financial and Market Intelligence Data Platform

Ohio University requires a web-based financial and market intelligence data platform to support academic research and instruction in its College of Business. The platform must provide standardized, downloadable financial statement, market, and company-level data for publicly traded organizations and covered entities, featuring single sign-on, historical data access, API or programmatic options, and export capabilities for offsite performance. Eligible bidders are onshore USA organizations. Applicants must submit proposals digitally via email, online, or through the university's eSourcing platform by November 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. Formal questions must be submitted through the eSourcing platform by October 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. Proposals must include data integration costs, standard service terms, a digital signature, and security documentation such as a HECVAT, SOC2 Type 2 report, or OHIO Vendor Security Questionnaire. The contract term is an initial period of approximately three to five years. The university evaluates proposals using stated criteria, prior experience, contract exceptions, security compliance, and potential interviews or shortlists, reserving the right to negotiate pricing.
