Network Hardware and Wireless Access Points Installation Service

The Vigo County School Corporation seeks qualified US organizations to provide network hardware and installation services for wireless access points across district sites in Terre Haute, Indiana. The required scope includes supplying Cisco or equivalent wireless access points with associated networking hardware, providing five-year software licenses and subscriptions, and delivering installation services such as removing old units, mounting new access points, PoE verification, registration, testing, and asset documentation. Vendors may submit proposals for one, two, or all three of these defined procurement components. All submitted proposals must comply with E-Rate program eligibility standards, remain firm for at least 120 days, and list proposed costs for hardware and installation separately, clearly distinguishing between E-Rate eligible and ineligible items. Applicants must submit questions by November 12, 2026, and deliver searchable PDF proposals via email under 25 MB by December 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. The school district will evaluate responsive proposals based on a scoring system where the cost of E-Rate eligible goods and services carries a 35-point weight. The project is anticipated to begin April 1, 2027, with all work completed by September 30, 2028.
