Day Treatment Intensive and Day Rehabilitation Services

Stanislaus County GSA Purchasing Division seeks proposals for Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) and Day Rehabilitation (DR) services in Modesto, CA. The selected vendor must provide structured therapeutic milieu programs for medically eligible children and youth up to age twenty-one who meet medical necessity criteria for Specialty Mental Health Services. Programs must operate during continuous scheduled hours to deliver behavioral management, peer feedback, and skill-building interventions that support symptom reduction and adaptive functioning. US organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit one sealed original hard copy to the Purchasing Division in Modesto, CA, and one electronic copy through the County’s vendor portal by November 24, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will occur via Microsoft Teams on November 3, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., and written questions must be submitted at least ten days before the closing date. Evaluation involves a Phase I pass/fail submission review, a Phase II qualification evaluation that may include reference checks and interviews, and a Phase III weighted pricing evaluation. Proposals must acknowledge ability to meet specified insurance requirements.
