Community Development Block Grant Program Consultant Services for the Town of Hamden

The Town of Hamden, Connecticut, is seeking proposals from qualified USA-based firms to provide community development block grant consultant services. The selected vendor will assist town staff with administering its HUD-funded Community Development Block Grant Program by providing offsite technical assistance on program implementation and compliance matters for up to 75 hours. Key deliverables include preparing and submitting the 2027 Annual Action Plan, completing the 2027 Environmental Review Reports, and preparing the 2026 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation.
