Texas Department of Insurance Relocation Moving Services for Lubbock and Austin Facilities

The Texas Department of Insurance requires comprehensive relocation moving services for the safe packing, handling, and transportation of office furniture, equipment, supplies, and miscellaneous items. The vendor must move designated items from its current Lubbock field office to a new facility in Lubbock, as well as move selected items to the State of Texas Surplus facility in Austin. The contractor must provide all necessary moving materials, vehicles, fuel, and labor. Services must take place between November 16 and November 20, 2026, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. All qualified onshore US vendors may submit bids. Submissions must include the completed IFB form with total pricing, an authorized reseller letter if applicable, and any required manufacturer or publisher documents. Bids must be submitted via email to [email protected] by 3:00 p.m. Central time on November 5, 2026. Clarifying questions are due by October 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central time.
