Independent Impact Evaluation and Strategic Implementation Support Services for ECS4Kids

Episcopal Children's Services (ECS4Kids) requests proposals for independent impact evaluation and strategic implementation support services. The selected contractor will support initiatives tied to a $2 million private foundation grant across 24 counties in Florida and Georgia, providing technical assistance to the President and CEO, implementation monitoring, progress reviews, and impact reporting.
