HOME-Arp Program Supportive Services

The City of Alexandria, Louisiana, through its Community Development Department, seeks proposals from qualified USA onshore organizations to provide HOME-ARP program supportive services. The required scope includes mental health services, substance abuse treatment, case management, housing search and counseling services, and transportation assistance for populations experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or facing housing instability. Selected vendors will perform the work offsite at their own office premises. A total budget of $800,000 is available to fund these eligible activities. Attendance is required at a mandatory pre-proposal conference on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CST. Interested organizations must submit their proposals no later than Friday, November 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. CST.
