Janitorial Services for Grand County EMS Station One Facility in Granby, Colorado

Grand County EMS seeks proposals for onsite janitorial services for its newly constructed 10,648-square-foot Station One facility in Granby, Colorado. The scope of work includes weekly cleaning of general areas, seven offices, restrooms, a kitchen area, and entryways, alongside monthly and ad-hoc cleaning for a large conference room. Grand County EMS provides all consumables, cleaning supplies, and equipment. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid.
