Janitorial Services for the Magistrate Court Building in Lovington, New Mexico

The City of Lovington seeks qualified contractors to provide janitorial services for the Magistrate Court Building, an approximately 11,000 square foot facility located in Lovington, New Mexico. The contractor must supply trained labor and supervision for two cleaning visits per week outside court operating hours, along with periodic window cleaning and annual floor care. The City will supply all cleaning equipment, materials, restroom consumables, and trash liners at the site. The contract term is for one year. Qualified onshore USA organizations may bid by submitting one signed paper original proposal in a sealed envelope to City Hall by November 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. An optional escorted site visit takes place on November 10, 2026, and written questions are due via email to Leslie Boldt by November 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Proposals will be evaluated based on one-year scheduled service price (35 points), experience and references (25 points), staffing and operational plan (20 points), and security, safety, and background check procedures (20 points).
