San Jacinto River Authority Water Supply Planning Consulting Services

The San Jacinto River Authority seeks water supply planning consulting services to support its operations in Conroe, Texas. The selected consultant will perform strategy characterizations, develop risk profiles for supply options, conduct GIS analyses for conveyance routes, perform system model compatibility analyses, participate in strategic planning meetings, and author technical memorandums. Eligible applicants are limited to USA-based onshore organizations. Applicants must attend a mandatory pre-submittal conference on November 3, 2026. Written questions are due by November 6, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. CST, and Statements of Qualifications must be submitted digitally by November 20, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. CDT. Proposals will be evaluated based on a 100-point scale covering firm introduction, firm experience, proposed project manager, proposed lead technical professionals, support personnel experience, and project approach.
