Security Camera Coverage Expansion Service for Rhode Island Government Authority

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a security camera coverage expansion service to a government authority located in Rhode Island. The selected vendor must install 110 new interior and exterior cameras to cover additional campus areas, with a potential 17 additional cameras at the agency. The vendor must supply all cameras, installation parts, labor, yellow Cat-6 PoE cable runs, programming, and supplies to deliver fully functioning cameras commissioned on the existing Avigilon Alta Video Solution. Additionally, the scope includes supplying Alta licensing and service coverage for the 110 or 127 cameras for 30-day retention over a five-year term. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations, and the work must be performed onsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 30, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will take place on November 4, 2026.
