Mixed-Finance Development Application Services for the Green Bay Housing Authority

The Green Bay Housing Authority seeks a vendor to provide mixed-finance development application services offsite. The selected contractor will maximize the leverage of public housing capital and operating funds with private equity, commercial debt, LIHTC, and other financing. Required duties include developing deeply subsidized public housing units, performing feasibility reviews, tracking closing documentation, leading resident engagement, and preparing financial pro formas and development proposal calculators.
