The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, fees, and document delivery to conduct audits of applicable establishments in the agency's unincorporated areas, ensuring compliance and identifying unreported revenue. Questions are due before 5:00 p.m. on October 30, 2026, following a non-mandatory pre-proposal Microsoft Teams conference scheduled for October 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The contract term covers an initial four-year base period with two one-year options.
