City of Schertz Request for Proposals for Bank Depository Services

The City of Schertz, Texas is seeking proposals from onshore USA organizations for bank depository services. The scope of work includes handling standard deposit and disbursing services, positive pay, account reconciliation, funds transfer and wire services, ACH services, investments, safekeeping, purchasing cards, lock box services, and other financial reporting and treasury functions. Work will be performed offsite. All questions must be posted in the Q&A section of the City's e-procurement portal no later than November 10, 2026. Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically through the portal by November 17, 2026, at 3:30 PM. Bidders must register on the portal to submit, comply with specified insurance endorsement requirements, and hold their proposals firm for 90 days. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria set forth in the solicitation.
