Oakland Community College Request for Proposals for Third-Party Student Account Collection Agency Services

Oakland Community College is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to provide primary and secondary third-party collection services for its Student Accounts and Collections Department. The selected agencies will perform ongoing offsite debt collection by phone and mail, offer international collection capabilities, provide monthly reports, and supply a user-friendly 24/7 online dashboard for debtors and college personnel. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations headquartered in the United States, licensed to collect past due student accounts in Michigan, and possess at least five years of higher-education collections experience.
