On-Call Audit Services for the Southern California Regional Rail Authority

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority is seeking proposals for on-call audit services. The required scope of work encompasses compliance audits, performance audits, fuel hedging and financial risk audits, triennial performance reviews, cost proposal analysis, IT audits, and project or contract management audits. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The contract features a three-year base period of performance from the effective date, alongside one two-year option to renew. Services will be executed through written contract task orders based on detailed proposals containing cost breakdowns and burdened labor rates.
