Englewood Public Schools Category One Dedicated Internet Access Services

Englewood Public Schools requires dedicated Category One internet access services with fully-managed, symmetrical bandwidth. Service providers must submit pricing options for 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps bandwidth, with all proposals offering the Lowest Corresponding Price per USAC E-Rate rules. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations, and prospective providers should submit their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) with their proposal. All vendor questions must be submitted via email to Mary Hensley and Paul Whitaker by October 30, 2026. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email by November 20, 2026, and include the Form 470 number alongside all associated service costs. The cost of eligible services serves as the primary evaluation criterion, and proposals containing used, refurbished, late, or non-definitive pricing items will face disqualification.
