Grand Prairie Independent School District Architectural and Engineering Professional Services RFQ

Grand Prairie Independent School District seeks Statements of Qualifications from Texas-licensed architectural and professional engineering firms for districtwide, as-needed services. The scope includes facility planning, architectural design, roof replacement, renovation, repair, modernization, structural, civil, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines. Eligible applicants are onshore USA organizations with appropriately licensed Texas architectural or professional engineering registrations. Respondents must not include pricing or fee schedules in their initial qualification statements. Applicants must submit one searchable PDF through lonwave by November 4, 2026, at 10:00 am Central. Written questions must be submitted through lonwave by October 28, 2026, at 12:00 pm CST. Proposals will be evaluated based on firm qualifications and capability (35%), key personnel qualifications and experience (30%), and relevant project experience, including occupied-campus experience (35%). The District will select the most qualified firms to negotiate fair and reasonable project fees without guaranteeing any specific contract award or volume of work.
