City of Mission Pool for Qualified Architectural Firms Request for Qualifications

The City of Mission is seeking proposals to establish a pool of qualified architectural firms for professional architectural services. Scope of work includes architectural design, construction management, renderings, and visualization tools for interior and exterior spaces. Selected firms will develop contract plans, conduct pre-construction conferences and job-related meetings, review contractor change orders, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with municipal representatives and property owners. Applicants must be US-based onshore organizations. Submissions will be evaluated based on the qualifications of key personnel, work performance, capacity to perform, and technical approach. Offers must include one original and five photocopies, capped at 30 single-sided pages. Submissions are due to the Purchasing Department by November 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. A highly recommended pre-proposal conference will take place on November 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST in person and via Zoom.
