The City of Atlanta is issuing a multi-step competitive sealed bid to procure commercial-grade fitness equipment for the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department. The requested scope includes providing fitness equipment that meets industry and safety standards across required product groups, such as cardio, to support firefighter fitness and injury prevention. Work will be performed offsite, and the solicitation process involves two phases: Phase I for prequalification and Phase II for pricing and responsiveness. Only USA organizations are eligible to submit bids. Qualified offerors must demonstrate technical capability, provide references for relevant experience, and satisfy specified insurance requirements, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and excess or umbrella liability. Submissions must include a statement of qualifications, insurance confirmation, and completed Office of Contract Compliance documentation in Phase II. All questions must be submitted via ATLCloud by October 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Phase I Statements of Qualifications are due by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM through ATLCloud. Awards will be made to the most responsible and responsive offerors, and the City reserves the discretion to make multiple awards.
