Armed Security Patrol Services for Special Service Area #42 Commercial Corridor

South Shore Chamber of Commerce, acting as the service provider for SSA #42, is soliciting proposals for armed security services along the SSA #42 commercial corridor in Chicago, Illinois. The selected respondent will be subcontracted to provide mobile and foot patrols, 24-hour emergency contact capabilities, and two armed off-duty peace officers empowered to make arrests for six hours a day, six days a week. The contract period runs from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. Eligible respondents must be licensed to do business in Illinois, onshore USA organizations, and capable of maintaining required insurance coverages. Proposals must follow a designated format including a cover page, introduction, scope of work narrative, key personnel details, cost broken out over 52 weeks, client references, and a completed Subcontractor Affidavit.
