Royal British Columbia Museum Large Exterior Signage Replacement and Re-Lamping Service

The Royal British Columbia Museum is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the replacement, reskinning, and re-lamping of its large exterior signage. The scope of work requires re-lamping and applying a new re-skinned face to two existing 23'x38' cabinets at 675 Belleville St. in Victoria, BC, without damaging the property or disrupting museum operations. All work must be substantially completed and invoiced by March 31, 2027. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian onshore organizations. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit on November 5, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM PST. Bidders must submit questions via email by November 13, 2026. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on November 20, 2026, and can be submitted by email to [email protected] or delivered in person to the main security desk. Bids will be evaluated based on price.
