New York State Interest on Lawyer Account Fund 2027 Justice Infrastructure Summit Service

The New York State Interest on Lawyer Account Fund (IOLA) requires a qualified onshore vendor to provide end-to-end planning, coordination, and operational support for a two-day, in-person Justice Infrastructure Summit in Summer 2027. The scope encompasses project management, agenda and content development, event logistics, and post-event activities. Services will be performed offsite in close coordination with IOLA. Only USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Applicants must email complete electronic proposals in PDF format to [email protected] by November 20, 2026, at 5:00 pm EST. Paper quotes will not be accepted. Submissions must not exceed 20 pages (excluding attachments) and must include applicant qualifications, relevant event experience, a detailed technical project workplan, and a cost proposal. IOLA anticipates awarding one contract for a 6- to 9-month term concluding on August 31, 2027. The maximum contract award is $100,000, and summit participants cannot be charged a registration fee.
