CAHRC Employment Legislation Framework Content Development for AgriHR Toolkit

The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council seeks a qualified consultant, organization, or team to develop content for employment legislation frameworks across all 10 Canadian provinces and three territories for the CAHRC AgriHR Toolkit. The selected contractor must research, summarize, and translate employment standards, mandatory workplace requirements, on-farm provisions, and related legislative obligations into structured snapshots, inventories, and actionable compliance checklists. Only Canadian organizations are eligible to bid. Proponents must submit proposals by email in PDF format to [email protected] by November 30, 2025, at 17:00 Eastern Time, and ensure all questions are submitted by November 10, 2026. Submissions must not exceed 10 pages excluding CVs, quote the project title, disclose any intended AI use, include three client references, and demonstrate that the proposed team has agricultural experience and at least one member with five years of relevant experience. Proposals will be evaluated on understanding of requirements, work plan and methodology, deliverables, team experience, and budget. The total project budget is $20,000 CAD exclusive of applicable taxes, with a delivery date of March 15, 2027.
