Township of Cranford Request for Proposals for Municipal Judge Three-Year Term

The Township of Cranford is soliciting proposals for a Municipal Judge to serve a three-year term starting January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2029. The selected individual will provide municipal judge services onsite, including holding regular daytime DWI and Public Defender sessions, as well as timely reviewing and processing online dispute resolution cases. Only natural persons who are onshore USA organizations with at least ten years of law practice experience are eligible to bid. Compensation is fixed by ordinance, and respondents must explicitly state that they accept this fixed remuneration. Submissions must include one original, one hard copy, and one digital copy on a USB drive, delivered in sealed envelopes by 11:00 a.m. on November 17, 2026.
