Online Training Platform

The Office of the Revenue Commissioners seeks proposals for the provision of ICT training through an online e-learning platform. The selected vendor must provide a platform for 200 users that features an intuitive catalogue with regularly updated, high-quality learning content on current technologies and industry practices. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations in Ireland. Tenderers must meet selection criteria by demonstrating sufficient annual turnover via an eESPD declaration and providing details of two similar contracts completed within the last three years. Submissions must include the mandatory Tender Response Document, a signed Tenderer's Statement on headed paper, a statement outlining the product licence policy, and a fixed-price proposal in Euros excluding VAT. Tenders must be uploaded to the e-tenders website by 12:00 noon local time on November 24, 2026. Bids will be evaluated based on the specified selection and award criteria.
