Supply and Implementation of Cloud-Based Oracle NetSuite System for Sport Ireland

Sport Ireland requires the supply, implementation, offsite performance, and support of a cloud-based Oracle NetSuite system. Scope covers software licenses, implementation, data migration, cutover requirements, training, hypercare support, and optional phases. The system must support up to 100 concurrent users, feature role-based access, and maintain all data storage within the EU for a one-year contract term. Eligibility is limited to onshore Ireland organizations. Applicants must submit a completed Tender Response Document, evidence of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate, a pricing schedule in Euros excluding VAT, and qualitative project plans. Qualitative criteria evaluate support arrangements, resource technical merit, sample project management, communications, and UAT plans. Tenders must be submitted by November 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM local Irish time. The total budget is up to 210,000 Euros.
