Professional Engineering Services for Federal Airport Grant Projects

The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority (MKAA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified onshore U.S. organizations to provide professional engineering, architectural, and planning consultant services. These services will support airport grant projects identified in the capital improvement program at McGhee Tyson Airport and Downtown Island Airport. The selected firm will execute a five-year contract governed by Tennessee state laws and federal requirements. Applicants must submit questions by November 2, 2026. Final SOQ responses must be submitted digitally via BidNet Direct by 4:30 PM EST on November 13, 2026. Proposals are currently requested without a specified budget.
