Architectural, Engineering, Design and Construction Phase Services for Department of Watershed Management

The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management issues this Request for Qualifications to select an offeror for architectural, engineering, design, and construction phase services. The selected vendor will provide engineering design, initial planning, programming, engineering support during construction and start-up, and knowledge transfer for water conveyance, treatment, distribution, collection, watershed protection, stormwater drainage, and power projects. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will occur onsite. Evaluation follows a two-phase process assessing experience and qualifications of key personnel, experience and past performance on similar projects, and management approach. Offerors must submit all questions through ATLCloud within five calendar days of the vendor question period, and final submissions must be submitted via ATLCloud by the specified due date. Eligible awardees must ultimately provide a signed contract, notarized IIREA affidavit or exemption, insurance certificate, and bid bond if applicable.
