Stormwater Asset Management and Water Quality Plan Update for Traverse City

The City of Traverse City, Michigan, seeks qualified consultants to prepare a comprehensive Stormwater Asset Management and Water Quality Plan. The selected vendor will condense and consolidate existing planning documents into a single integrated plan, evaluate system condition and capacity, prioritize water quality projects, conduct public outreach, and recommend a long-term funding strategy. USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for offsite work. Questions are due by November 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM, and answers will be provided by November 20, 2026.
