The buyer requires a vendor to provide comprehensive construction services for a government authority in Texas. The requested scope includes civil and sitework involving building demolition, paving, utilities, grading, and SWPPP implementation; landscaping with planting, tree protection, and maintenance edges; and architectural construction of a new single-story building along with a trash, electrical riser, and generator enclosure. The contractor must perform the work onsite and complete ADA inspections before the project reaches substantial completion. Only USA organizations (Onshore) are eligible to bid on this project. Vendors must submit all questions regarding the solicitation no later than October 30, 2026. The buyer is seeking proposals to determine the budget.
