Buffalo Public Schools NARP NYC Field Trip Services

Buffalo Public Schools seeks a qualified vendor to plan and organize a two-night, three-day field trip to New York City for 20 students and 5 chaperones from June 8–10, 2027. The required scope includes coach bus transportation, lodging at a 3.5-star or higher hotel with a pool, meals with vegan options, snacks, and one knowledgeable tour guide. USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Vendors must submit questions online through the Bonfire portal by 8:00 AM on November 2, 2026. Final responses are due by 12:00 PM on November 20, 2026, and can be submitted electronically via the portal or mailed as two printed copies and one electronic copy. The contract term runs from December 31, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and awards will be evaluated based on best value.
