Regional Cyber Coordinator Services for the City of Los Angeles Mayor's Office

The City of Los Angeles Mayor's Office of Public Safety seeks a contractor to serve as a lead threat intelligence analyst and regional cyber coordinator. The selected vendor will work offsite to assist the City's Integrated Security Operation Center, lead regional cyber coalition initiatives, manage the Threat Intelligence Sharing Platform, draft joint cyber advisories, and maintain communication platforms and mailing lists. Eligible proposers must be USA-based entities in good standing with the Secretary of State, possess a City of Los Angeles business license, remain financially solvent, and have no outstanding liabilities or debts to the City or State of California. Proposals must include required forms such as workforce information, non-collusion statements, insurance certificates, and various city compliance affidavits. All questions must be submitted by November 17, 2026, and proposals will be evaluated on proposer and key personnel qualifications and experience. The contract term operates on a fixed-price basis with a budget not to exceed $260,000.00.
