Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County Graphic Design Services Pool

The Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County (CSCPBC) seeks qualified graphic design professionals to join a vendor pool to provide digital, interactive, and print media design services. Selected proposers will deliver designs for web banners, digital messaging, social media, displays, billboards, and printed collateral. Work must be original and created without artificial intelligence or AI-assisted design tools. Proposers must be registered to do business in Florida via Sunbiz.org, perform work offsite within the USA, and submit an application containing seven original digital portfolio samples, three professional references from the past five years, pricing examples, and required signed documents. All inquiries must be emailed by November 5, 2026. Final proposals must be submitted electronically through Foundant on the CSCPBC Bids portal by 12:00 PM on November 10, 2026. Evaluators will assess proposals based on previous experience, portfolio quality and creativity, rate structure, and cost competitiveness. The contract term is for one year, from which pool members may be called upon to submit project proposals as needed.
