Hardware, Tools, and General Maintenance Supplies and Equipment Discount Bid

The City of Bartow, Florida, is soliciting catalog or retail discounts from qualified USA-based vendors to supply hardware, tools, and general maintenance supplies and equipment on an ongoing, as-needed basis. The requested products will support routine facility maintenance, repairs, field operations, and day-to-day needs for the Public Works Department and other municipal departments. Covered items include hand and power tools, hardware, plumbing, electrical, paint, landscaping, janitorial, safety, and building repair materials, with work performed onsite in Bartow, Florida. Qualified vendors located onshore in the United States may submit bids. The City evaluates bids using local vendor purchasing preferences as well as preferences for Veteran Business Enterprises and Women/Minority Business Enterprises under specified price-matching criteria. Bids must be submitted electronically or via sealed hard copy by the response deadline of October 20, 2031, at 12:00 am. The resulting contract will have a one-year term.
